Together, we can make this city better than before. We live in a city with multiple and complex priorities, but art gives us hope and helps define who we are. Our city’s art collection reflects the generosity of others before us.

Over the past six years the Christchurch Art Gallery Foundation has been building a $5 million endowment to help Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetū acquire works for the city’s collection.

The TOGETHER endowment is something that we can all take pride in – it’s long term and significant. As of now, the endowment fund has grown to just over $4 million. Once we reach our goal, we can start buying art from the interest that the endowment will generate.
